R ecreation Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Department of Health Promotion and Protection have partnered again to present Pathways for People , the me of the 10th Annual Conference and Trade Show taking place October 17-20 th at the Digby Pines Resort and Spa. We hope you will join us f or this exciting, thought-provoking and engaging three-day conference.
The conference will showcase the developments and progress being made in areas of recreation and active transportation. This event attracts between 250 and 300 delegates who are leaders within the active transportation movement, recreation and sp or t sect or s and have influence at the provincial, municipal and regional levels. These leaders all share one common interest - finding ways to build stronger, healthier communities through recreation, physical activity and active transportation.
Down each path is a choice selection of dynamic keynote speakers and high energy, inf or mative and interactive sessions on a variety of topics. Some topics include:
